By accessing or using PromptedTunes (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PromptedTunes creates personalized songs based on information you provide. Our service includes custom lyrics, album art, and professionally produced music delivered digitally.
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are in USD and are charged at the time of checkout via Stripe.
- Orders are non-transferable once placed.
- Song delivery is typically within 24–48 hours of payment.
- We reserve the right to reject orders that contain harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the song for private, non-commercial purposes (e.g., gifting, personal enjoyment, sharing on social media).
- You may not resell, redistribute for profit, or claim authorship of songs created by PromptedTunes.
- PromptedTunes retains the right to use anonymized songs as examples on the platform.
5. Song Content
Each song is custom-produced based on the details you provide. While we strive for the highest quality, results may vary depending on the information shared. We offer re-creation at our discretion if the output does not meet reasonable expectations.
6. User Content
You are responsible for the stories and information you submit. You represent that you have the right to share any personal stories, names, and details provided, and that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights.
7. E-Card Delivery
- E-card links are valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses.
- Recipients can access the song without creating an account.
8. Refunds
All sales are final. Every song is custom-made from your unique story and cannot be returned. If you experience a genuine technical issue (corrupted audio, wrong genre), we will re-create the song at no additional cost. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of Liability
PromptedTunes is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
