Every PromptedTunes song is custom-made from your unique story. Because of the personalized nature of our product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Free Re-creation for Technical Issues
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience a genuine technical issue with your song, we will re-create it at no additional cost. Technical issues include:
- Corrupted or unplayable audio files
- Song delivered in a completely wrong genre (e.g., you selected Country and received Electronic)
- Significant audio quality defects (distortion, clipping, silence)
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind after delivery
- Subjective dissatisfaction with lyrics, melody, or vocal style
- Providing inaccurate or incomplete story details that resulted in a song that doesn't match your expectations
- E-cards that have already been sent and opened by the recipient
