• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general analytics to improve our service.

• To create and deliver your personalized songs.
• To send order confirmations, status updates, and delivery notifications.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To improve our service and user experience.
• To respond to support inquiries.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Song production partners: Story details are shared with our production tools to create your lyrics and album art. Third-party data usage policies apply.
• Resend: For transactional email delivery.
• Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication.

4. Data Retention

• Order data and songs are retained as long as your account is active.
• E-card links expire after 30 days.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0), and row-level security on our database. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
